What I’m reading
The Municipal Financial Crisis: A Framework for Understanding and Fixing Government Budgeting, by Mark Moses Thought provoking - had no idea what city budget managers were up against. Many nonprofits are recipients of municipal grants, I found it interesting to read about the complex struggle for useful information for making decisions and trade offs in city government.
